Flavors of Hope is Children in Placement's signature fundraising event, bringing together Connecticut's community of restaurants, wineries, breweries, local businesses, and supporters for an evening of food, drinks, and philanthropy. This annual tasting event raises critical funds to support Children in Placement's volunteer-driven programs, including Guardian ad Litem (GAL) advocacy and Youth Mentoring for children and teens involved in Connecticut's child welfare system. Guests enjoy unlimited tastings, silent auction opportunities, and meaningful connections while helping provide advocacy, mentorship, and hope to children impacted by abuse, neglect, foster care, and family instability.
